When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use our service: podcast subscriptions, debriefs viewed, features used, and device/browser information.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain transaction IDs and plan information.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (EU region) and Cloudflare R2. All connections use TLS/HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, secure sessions, and access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database (EU)
  • Vercel — Website hosting
  • Cloudflare — CDN and audio storage
  • Stripe — Payment processing (worldwide)
  • Resend — Transactional emails
  • OpenAI — Text-to-speech audio generation

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
